a paving assessment lien on Lote 5 and 6, Block 72 So
in the Nam of $544.15, also a paying lien on Lote
3, 7, 8, and 9, Block 72 South in the rum of $167
bean paid by the Brickell Estate; and
WHEREAS, the following assessments are,* lied,
against the property and have not been paid:

Curb & Gutter, June 3, 1915 58.71
Lots 4-5 - Sidewalk, November 15, 1923 100.47

CANCEL 1,276.25
and
WHEREAS, under date of September 4, 1914, the
City of Miami leased Block 72 South from Mary Brickell for
park purposes for a period of ten years, the City agreeing
to pay the cost of all improvements placed thereon during
the term of the leave;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami that the sum of $711.25 be refunded
to the Eetat# of Mary Brickell, and the above aQeesement
liens in the sum of w1,276.25 be cancelled from the roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED trip 12th day of February,
A. D. 1924.
