TO THE UNITED STAT*B MORTGAGE & TRUST COMPANY..
FOR SERVICES IN QONNECTION KITH THE PREPARATION,,,.
AND CERTIFICATION OF THE $177,000 MIAMI 1MPROV ,
;.MENT : B0ND8, ,SERIES "V" .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that .the City,'
Manager be and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay
to the United States Mortgage & Trust Company the sum of
$217.00 covering services in connection with the preparation
and certification of the 4177,000 Miami Improvement Bonds,
Series "V".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That te sum of $217.00 be and
is hereby appropriated from the -ee -fund
for the payment of same.
P ASSED AND ADOPTED this /1. day of February,
A.D. 1924.
