WHEREAS, the City. Attorney..has-prepared n agreeme
by and between the Miami Bus Association and the City of -
Miami, and under and by the terms of the said agreement,
the said Bus Association is t0 deposit with the City the
sum of Ten Thousand Dollars (310,000.00), conditioned for
the payment of any injury suffered by any citizen cf the
City of Miami, in accordance with the ordinance made and
provided in such case, bi reason of the careless, reckless
or negligent operation of any jitney bus upon the streets
of the City of Miami.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI That the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to enter into the said
agreement with the Miami Bus Association on behalf of the
City cf 9(iia i, according to the terms and conditions set
forth in said agreement.
