A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIREBTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO PROCEED WITH THE PAVING ON"
• SEVENTEENTH AVENUE FROM THE NORTH LINE OF
FLAQLER STREET, RUNNING EAST, TO NORTHWEST:'
FIRST AVENUE, RUNNING VEST.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has;reeom
mended that paving on Seventeenth Avenue from the North
line of Flagler Street, running East to Northwest First
Avenue, running Vest, be completedq /o & W7d Zdr
AND WHEREAS, the various property owners have dedi-
cated certain property in order .that this paving on the
above described property may be done, and that the width
of the said street may be made twenty-eight feet: now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Miami:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to proceed with the paving of Seventeenth
Avenue from the North line of Flagler Street, running East
to Northwest First Avenue, running meat to a width of twenty-
eight feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this e' day of February, A. D.
