That the constructi.on of the following described improve-

The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and upec?.fications of said im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate
shall show the estimated amount to be assessed against the
abutting property per front .fo: t, including an estimate of the
cost of the a epenee of prel i :.inary and other surveys, the
inspection and :unerintcncence of the work, the preparation
cf plans and s +ecifi.catir,ns and estimate, the printing and
publishing of notices and prc ~-.,tings, the preparation of
bends, and any other exl,cnce1 necessary and prcper. This
improvement shall be deaI:rated in ail proceedings, assessments,
and Bonds as - InTrovilr.ent No. `'r . 92
and the property against, which ass:!:,c: ents may be made for the
