0P DURANT APARTMENTS ON WEST F'LAGLER STREET.
WEEMS, LS, the City Commission by resolution passed December
28th, 1923, and numbered 1169, authorizing the payment of $261.02
to Mr. G. C. Stembler for sidewalk to be built by him in front of'
the Durant Apartments on WestPlagler Street for the purpose of
correcting the elevation and grade.of the original sidewalk built
by the City of Miami, and
WHMEAS, the City Manager reports that the sum appropriatdd
was insufficient to make the change and requests an additional ap—
prdpriation of 09..91 to pay Yr. Stembler in full for the change
in said sidewalk,
` y NOW, ESA P(EJ , BE IT RLL C15 VED by the Commission of the City
Hof Miami, that .the sum of 09.91 be, and the same is hereby, ap—
propriated from the ' Genoral Fund Surplus for the purpose set forth
in the preamble of this resolution.
PASSED AND A19YTED this 5th day of February, A. D. 1924.
