Whereas; on the

passel and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as 1-11r,rmAy Improvement No. H-21.8
District H-21g , and directed the City Manager to prepare.,
and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the coat thereof, including an estimate of the inci-
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City.
