Whereas, on the day of

, the Commission of the City of"Miami, Florida,
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as
Highway Improvement No. H-217
District x_az7 , and directed the City Manager to prepare
and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an'
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the inci-
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a. notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami,
