passel and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as Nighwey Improvement No. tir94-5

and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the inci-
•dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be

stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the city of Miami,
