Whereas, on the e` day of------
, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
passel and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as
' District II-213
Highway
Improvement No. H-213
and directed the City Manager to prepare
and file plans and. specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the inci-
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of coot and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the '1_���+C�
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami,
to be held at the C,i t;• H.a,11 in the- ,tty of ::i;;::i,

at - '2. o'clock, the Com.ission of the City of Miami,
will hear the remonstrances of persons interested to the oonfirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said improvement.
