RESOLUTION • NOI -1240
Be tt Resolved by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of thewCity
of Miami, Fla., hereby setting forth its intention to proceed
under Section 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or eewer to be laid. The material,
nature and character of such improvement with the terminal
points and width thereof:
N. W. 3rd St. from 12th Ave. to 17th Ave.
S. W. 17th Ave. from South line of Flagler St. to North line
of S. W. 8th St. ,
are to be improved by grading, by the o onstruotion of a
oonorete ourb and gutter (except that where a suitable
ourb and gutter to proper line and grade is already in
place, the construction of a new curb and gutter will be
omitted) and by the construction of a bituminous macadam
pavement to a width of 36 feet froru gutter to gutter. The
gutters each to be 18 inohes in width. Also by the
oonetruction of Catch Basins and the necessary connections to
sewer.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate
shall show the estimated amount to be assessed against the
abutting property per front foot, including an estimate of the
cost cf the expense cf preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
cf plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and
publishing of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, Ind any other expenses necessary and. proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments,

and the property against which a

cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as District
