Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City of Mimi, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of thewCity
of Miami, Fla., hereby setting forth its intention to proceed
under Section 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material,
nature and character of such improvement with the terminal
points and width thereof:
S. W. 16th Ave. from South line of S. r. 6th St to :forth line
of S. W. '6th St.
S. W. 6th St. fro; West line of 16th Ave. to the East line of
17th Ave,
are to be improved by grn.ding, b4 the construction of . a concrete
curb and gutter (except that who a a suitable curb and gutter
to proper line and grade is already in place, the construction of
a new curb and gutter will be omitted) and by the construotion
of a bituminous macadam pavement to a width of 36 feet from
gutter to utter. Gutters to be 18 inches in width. Also
by the construction of Catch Basins and the necessary
oonnections to sewer.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate
shall show the estimated amount to be assessed against the
abutting property per front foot, including an estimate of the
ccst of the expense of preli'inary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
cf plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and
publishing cf notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments,
and Bonds as i;;ii':a�. Improveent No.
and the property against which assessments may be made for the
cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as District H-2L2
