District :...r.;;. � Highway. improiremeat. 8e tt Resoli►ed by' he Commiesiof of the City of Miami, Florida: That the construction of the following described im rove. ment is.hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of theilUity of Miami, Fla., hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 56 of the City Charter. Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material,. nature and character of such improvement' with the 'terminal* points and width thereof: 8. W. 13th Ave. from South line of Nagler St. to North liar of 8. W. Nth St. is to be improved by grading, by the oonstruction of a concrete curb and gutter (esoept that where a suitable maxi) and gutter to proper line and grade is already in place, the oonstruotion of a new curb and gutter will be omitted) and by the construction of a bituminous macadam pavement to a width of 31 feet from gutter to gutter. Gutters to be 18 inches in width. Also by the constru .tion of Citch Basins and the necessary connections to sewer. The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im- provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate shall show the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting property per front foct, including an estivate of the cost of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, and any ether expenses necessary and proper.
