That the oonstruotion of the following described improve..
want is hereby ordered to be made; the Commission of the Oity
of idiatii,Fla. , hereby setting forth its intention to proce@d
under Seotion 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be oonstructed or sewer to be laid. The material:
nature and charaoter of suoh improvement with the terminal •
points and width thereof:
20th Ct. fro:. the ';'eat ling: of Miami Ave. to the
Vest line of :T. W. 2nd Ave. is to be improved
by grading, by the construction of a concrete curb and
gutter (except that where a suitable curb and gutter to
proper line -and mrade is already in place, the construction
of a ne:: curb and gutter will be omitted) and by the
monstructicn of a bituminous maced9m pavement to a width •
of 43 feet from gutter to gutter. The gutters are each to
be 16 inches wide. Also by the construction of Catch Basins and
the necessary connections to sewer.
