That the ooastruotion of the following described -improve•
went is hereby ordered to be made; the Commission of the City
of Idiamiala. , hereby petting forth its intention to prOceed'
under Section 56 of the City Charter.
Descridtion of highway or ;part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be oonstruoted or sewer to be laid. The material,
nature and character of suchinprovewent with the terminal
points and width thereof:
S. 7. 6th St. from the 7eot line of S. V. 2nd Ave. to' the
East line of S. V . 5th Ave., also' S. W. 6th St. from the
West line of S. V. 12th Ave. to the West line of S. W.
16th Ave., are to be improved by grading, by the eonstruation
of a oonorete curb and gutter (exoept that where a suitable
curb and putter to proper line and grade is already in place,
the construction of a new curb and gutter will be omitted)
and by the construction of a bituminous macadam pavement
to a width of 3 feet from gutter to cutter. The gutters
are each to bei8 inches wide. Also by the construction
of Catch Basins and the necessary connections to sewer.
The City Manager is hereby directed to erepare dind to
file with the City Clerk plans a.iid specifications of said imi-
'peovement and an estimate ce tha oost thereof, which estimate
shall show the estimated a..ount to be assessed against the
abutting pro. erty per front fcot, including an estimate of tine
cost of the. e:xi enee of ereli.einary and other cl:rvc:ys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans aid specifications and estimate, the printing and
publishing of notices a..d ?roce::dinGs, the preparation of
bonds, and any other exeenses neeessare and prpper. This

and bonds as Highway Imo over.:ent Igo . . II-215

cost thereof, her.:urdee shall be dcsiU azed as District H-2125
