WEEMS, the City Commission, by resolution pasiell December.
18th, 1923, authorized and directed the City Manager to enter
into contract with John J. Quinn Company for construction of
etreeta under Paving Contract No. 49, Districts No. 210 and 212,
and
WHEREAS, the 0 ity 14anager has submitted said contract duly
executed by the City of Miami and the oo::tractor together with
bond furnished by Baia contractor, both bond and contract having
been approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney,
NOW, 2ELRSFORS, Big: IT RS'SOLVi:D by the Commission of the
City of L:iami:
1: That the said eo,.traot between ti.e City of Miami and
T. 3. mcGahey for oo..struotion of streets under Paving Contract
No. 49, Districts No. 410 and 412, be, and the same is hereby,
ratified and confirmed by the City f:aimi::sion of the City of
Miami.
2: That the bond furnished by the said contractor be, and
the same is hereby, approved.
