That the construction of the following described improve-

sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material,
nature and character of such improvement with the terminal'
points and width thereof:

connections, manholes and appurtenances on the following

to 220 feet East

The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Ulerk plans and speci.ficatior.s of said im-
provement and are estimate of the cost therecf, which estimate
shall show the e tiratad amount to be aisessed against the
abutting properi j per front foot, including an estimate of the
cost cf the e':pense of preli :irary wnd other surveys, the
inspection and curarintendp.nce ^f +' a wo. k, the preparation
