Be It Resolved by the Commission of the Oity of Miami, Fio*ida:
That the construction of the following deeoribed improre-
ment is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of thewCitr
of Miami, Fla., hereby setting forth its intention to proceed
under Section 56 of the City Charter.
