Charter, to hear all written objections to the confirMation of

whose property is described in said preliminary roll; and
WHEREAS, The Commission of the City of Miami having rcoei
and considered all written remonstrances filed to. the connr..
nation of the preliminary roll by any persons whose property
is described in said roll,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Commission of the City of

confirmed and sustained against any ar_d all lots or parcels of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tild; the sus and amounts against
each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary
assessment roll (as herein ruodified) is less than the acou::t
that each of said lots or ;parcels of ground is benefited by
said im;rove:.:ert , a::d that the ;proportion of said cost to e
paid by said City of Nia..:i on account of highway intersection
is the sum set opposite to the same therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sum of
6,537.49
, is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ten (10) days after date
of this confirmation of said assessment roll the sar:,e be
