mation of the preliminary roll by any persons whose property
is described in said roll,

THEREFORE DE IT RECOLIM: BY the Commisaion of the City of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVELi, thaz the su:..s and amounts against
each of the lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary
assessment roll (as hereih modified) ie less than the amount
that each of said lots or parcels of ground is benefited 14,
said improveent, shd that tha '4:;rodortion of said cost to
paid by said City of Liai on account of highway intersection
is the sum set opposite to the sae therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sura of
7.859.84 is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER .fiESOLVED, that ten (10) days after date
