assessment roll (as herein ruodified) is less than the amount
that each of said lots or parcels of ground is benefited by
said ir:_;rove:.:eat , and that the proportion of said cost to .,e

is the sum set opposite to the same therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sum of
6,076.04 , is hereby approved and confirmed.
