that each of said lots or parcels of ground is benefited by
said ir.:prove..:ent , a:zd that the prodortion of said cost to : e

is the sum set opposite to the same therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sum of
2,865.80 , is hereby approved and confirmed.
