Charter, to hear all written objections to the confirmation of

on said preliminary assessr.iert roll, be and is in all things
confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of

assessment roll (as herein modified) is less than the acour.t
that each of said lots or parcels or ground is benefited by

is the sum set opposite to the same therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sure of

, is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER riESOLVED, that ten (10) days after date
of this confirmation of said assessment roll the same be
