THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Commission of the City of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the sus and amounts against
each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary
assessment roll (as herein modified) is less than the amount
that each of said lots or ;parcels of ground is benefited by
said ir:.prove:.:ent , and that the proportion of said cost to : e
paid by said City of Mia.:,i on account of highway intersection
is the sun set opposite to the save therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sum of
20, 794.41 , is hereby approved and confirmed.
