WHEREAS, The Cammiesion of the City of Miami having reioei'red
and considered all written remonstrances filed to the oonfir-
mation of the preliminary roll by any persons whose property
is described in said roll,
THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED BY the Commission of the City Of
Liiami,Florida, that the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said preliminary acseasr-ent roll, be and is in all things
confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of
ground described thereon (.ir modified as follows) :

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, thaz the sus and amounts against
each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary
assessment roll (as herein modified) is less than the amount
that each of said lots or parcels of ground is benefited be
said ieerove::.ent , and that tha proportion of said cost to e
paid by said City of Miaeoi on account of .highway intersection
is the sum set opposite to the same therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sure of
tt 3,437.07 , is hereby approved and confirmed.
EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ter, (10) days after date
of this confirmation of said aasessrlert roll the same be
delivered to the rieeci:or cf Finance, an.: t;: '?irector of Fines(
is hereby ordered, thirty (3C) days after date of this resolu-
tion, to Blake collections of ehe assess.ser.ts therein as
required by law.
