WHEREAS, The Commission of the City of Miami having received
and considered all written remonstrances filed to the Confi:-
nation of the preliminary roll by any persons whose property
is described in said roll,
THEREFORE DE I'P RESOLVES BY the Commission of the City of
Miami,Florida, that the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said preliminary assessment roll, be and is in all things
confirmed and sustained against any ar:d all lots or parcels of
ground described therecn kor :odifiad as follows):

each of the lot: or parcels of ground in said preliminary
assessment roll (as herein modified) is less than the amou::t
that each of said lots or ;parcels of ground is benefited by
said ir:.?rove::,ent , and that the proportion of said cost to 1.e
paid by said City of Mia.ai on account of highway intersection
is the sure set opposite to the same therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sum of
11,284.35 , is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ten (10) days after date
