•WE1HAA8, the City Commission by resolution adopted the
8th day of January, A. D. 1924, authorized and directed the
OttManager to exsoute a lease or street railway ot the
City of Miami to Miami Beaoh Electric Company, and
WHEREAS, said City Menager has submitted said lease duly
executed by the City of Miami and the Miemi Beach Electric
Company, said lease having been approved as to form and exe-
cution by the City Attorney,
now, TEEBSFORE, BS IT RESCLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
That the said lease between the City of Miami for street
railway of the City of Miami te the Miami Beach Electric Com-
pany be, and the same is hereby, ratified and confirmed by
the City of Miami, Florida.
