TIOZQ; DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OP PRELIMINARY
ASSESSMENT ROLLS ON SAME; AND DIRECTING NOTICE
FOR OBJECTIONS TO COVPIRMATIO1 OF SLID ROLLS TO
BE GIVEN BY THE CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the Improvement
of the following streets under the following districts have
been completed, to -wit:

WHEREAS, the Commission finds that the said improvements
have been properly and completely dome, and is in conformity
to the plans, profiles, details, drawings, and specifications
of the City Mana,rer as adopted by the Commission of the City
of Miami for such improvements, and due notice to the owners
and all other persons interested in the property abutting said
improvements having been duly given, and the C ommiesion of the
City of Miami having heard the owner or owners and all other
pereone interested who appeared, and having received and con-
sidered all remonstranoes and complaints from the owners of
property or other persona interested therein against the coot
of euoh improvements, and being satisfied that said work has

TB3RMPORL, BID IT RR3OLVID by the Commission of the Oity-
of Miami:
1: That .the said work for said improvements be, and the
same is hereby, aooepted and confirmed by the Commission of
the City of Miami.
a: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, d rieted
to make and file with the Oity Clerk a preliminary assessment
roll of said improvements as provided in Bastion 66 of the City"
Charter.
3: That upon the filing of said preliminary assessment
roll, the City Clerk oause notice to be given . in a newspaper
published in the City twice weekly for two weeks, stating that
at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami to be held
an a certain day and at a oertain hour, not less than twelve
days from the date of the first publication, any person *hose
property is described in said preliminary assessment roll, may
appear and file written objections to the confirmation of the
said preliminary assessments rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, A. D. 1924.
