Y. GOUGH FOR REDUCTION IN ASSES= VALUATION_0V
ODRTAIN PROPERTY SET FORTH IN THIS RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Enna J. Gough has filed with the Oom-
misaion protest against the assessed valuation placed by
the City Assessor against certain property owned by her
and'deaoribed as follows:
Center 50' of Lots 1 and 2, Blook
17, Lawrence Estate; and
WHEREAS, the City Assessor reports that he finds
upon investigation that the assessment placed thereon is
in line with similar property within the City and does
not recommend a reduction in the assessment,
NOW, THEI:.IFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
That the request of Mrs. Anna J. Gough for reduc-
tion in Assessment placed by the City Assessor on proper-
ty set forth above be, and is hereby, denied.
