FORTH IN THIS RB80LUTIOE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the Oity of Miami:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorised
and direoted to exeoute a lease of the street railway , net
to the Miami Beach Railway Company, but to the Miami Beach
Eleotrio Company upon the approval of the oontreot by the
Oity Attorney and upon the submission of a financial report
of the Miami Beach Eleotrio Company and the Miami Beaoh Rail-
way Company.
BL IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said contract as approv-
ed by the Legal Department and executed by the City Manager,
together with such financial reports be thereupon submitted
to the City Commission for approval and confirmation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, A. D. 1924.
