WHEREAS,' Randall `•+& Afremow have purohaeed' said
certificate in the amount` of $157.50,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Commission of'
the City of Miami that the said tax sale certificate No. 0751
be and the same is hereby cancelled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and.heis-
hereby authorized and directed to refund Randell & Afremow
the sum of $157.50.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said $157.50 in payment
thereof be and the same is hereby appropriated from the general
fund surplus.
PASSED AMID ADOPTED this 4th day of January, A.D. 1924.
