WHEREAS it is necessary to renew the bond forAha: ppdirfor*an e. .
of the obligations of the -City to maintain the req aireCd6ptts
in the channel and turning basin fora period of three °ye . after
the . entranoe to th4 channel- is completed by this Government ' ad;
provided for in the.agreement between the Government and the City
of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY. OF
MIAMI:
That the sum of $150.00 is hereby appropriated from the Harbor
and Channel Fund for the I:urj_ose of paying the said premium and
the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw the warrant
of the City of Miami for said amount, and for said purpose.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this :- l day of January, A.D. 1924.
