BM IT RESOLD by the Commission of the City of
Miami. that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,author .
iced and direoted to pay Smith, Riohardson•& Oonroy the
sum of 425.00 as a refund for lioenae tax heretofore paid
by said Smith, Riohardson and Conroy.
BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said sum of 425.00
be, and is hereby, appropriated from the proper fund for
the purpose of making said refund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, A. D.
1924.
