AN O Dti}MANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OP THE
STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVISION c1 OWN
AS "INDIAN HEIC1 TS"
WHEREAS, Ernest D. Lasseter and Mettle R. Dassete ', hie
wife, have filed with the Director of Public Service, a plat
of 1, proposed rubdivision of certain property in the County of
Dade, State of Florida. to be known ae "Indian heights", and
WHE:AS, the Director of .Public Service has approved said
plat ne complyin6 with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Ularni and the rules and re ulat ione of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
street; and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the street: and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are, hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASS ED AND ADOPTED this ZOth day of December, A. D. 1924.
