wife, Melanie L. Itosborough, have filed
with the Director of Public Service a
plat of a 'subdivision of certain property
located in the County of Dade, State of
Florida, Bald subdivision known as "Sem•
thole Lawns Heights," and
wnsnnAs, the Director ot Public
Service has approved said plat as corn.,
plying with all the provisions of the CitY
Charter and the rules and regulations of
the Departtnent of Public Service. and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the
dedication of certain streets and avenues
to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes.
NOW. THERE:PORK DE IT on—
DAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: That -the dedication of tiro
streets and avenues in said subdivision,
as the same are shown on said plat, be,
and the same are hereby accepted and
confirmed by the City of kliaml.
