AN ORDINANCE ACCEPT/NO THE DEDICATION OP THE
STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVISION ENOWVN
AS"1NNO SUBDIVISION:
WHEREAS, Irving J. A. Benno, single, has filed with the
Director of .public Service a plat of a proposed subdivision of
oertain property located in the County of Dade, State of Florida,
to be known as "Benno Subdivision", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW , THEREFORE, HE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as the same are Mown on said plat, be,
and the same are hereby accepted and oonfirmed by the City of
Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of December, A. D. 1924.
