MOMS ADDITION".
WatREAS, W. J. Oail and. Jennie Call, his wife, have filed
with the Director of Public Service a plat of a proposed subdi-
vision of oertain property located in the Acuity of Dade, State
of Florida, to be known as "Carolina Heights Addition", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Publ:to Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the ;rovisions of the charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for pro-
per purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in
said subdivision, as the same are shown on said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, A. D. 1924.
