ORDINANCE NO. 30 .
AN ORDINANCE ACCXPTING THE DEDICATION OP THE
STREETS AND AVENUES iN THE SUBDIVISION KNOWN
AS "SUWANNEE PAS" AS SHOWN BY AMENDED PLAT.
WHEREAS, George P. Csi]. aM Melon Cail, his wife, have
filed with the Director of Public Service an amended plat of
a subdivision of certain property located in the County of
Dade, state of Florida, said subdivision known as "Suwannee
Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the City
Charter and the rules and regulations of theDepartment of Pu-
blic Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedioation of certain
streets and avenues to the.perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as the same are shown on said plat, be,
and the same are hereby, aocepted and oonfirmed by the City
of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16tb day of December, A. D. 1924.
