AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OP THE STREETS
AND :AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVISION MOWN AS "INVERNESS".
WHEREAS, Prank S. Smith and Effie A. Stith, his wife,
have £ilea with the Director or Public Service a plat of a
proposed subdivision of certain property located in the Coun-
ty of Dade, State of Florida, to be known as "Inverness", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the char-
ter of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by tbeCommission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and
avenues in said subdivision, as the same are shown on said
plat, be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by
the City of 'Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16tb day of December, A.D. 1924.
