the Director of Public Service a plat of a proposed subdivision
of certain real estate located in the County of Dade, State
of Florida, more particularlv described a., follows; to -wit;
vonmencing at the Sout?;east corner of Section
14, To ;ship 53 S. liange 41 E.,run 'Vest along,
South line of said Section a distance of
2414.25 feet to a point of beginning; thenoe
riui north 708 feet; thence West 240.25 feet;
thence South 708 fet; thence East 240.25 feet
to point of beginning.
said subdivision to be known as "Fulford Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Servioe has approved
said plat as complying with all t}e provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Servioe, and
iEU'REAS, the said subdivision plat shows the dedication
of certain streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commissicn of the
City of Miami; That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in the said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby accepted and oo? firmed by t,e City of Miami.
