AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING T DEDICA-
TION OP THE STREETS AND AVE ES IN
THE St1BDtV tStON RNO'WN AS "SECOND
SECTION - COMMERCIAL EILTMORE".
WHEREAS, Jennie T. Mills, unmarried has filed with the
Director of Public Serviice a plat of a proposed subdivision
of certain real estate located in the County of Dade, State
of Florida, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision in the Nor of the
SE4 of the SE4 of Section 24-55-41.
said subdivision to be known as "Commercial Biltmore", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said subdivision plat shows the dedication of
certain streets and avenues to the perpetual nse of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN=:D by the Commission of the
City of Miami.: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in the said subdivision, .s shown by said plat, be, and the same
are bereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9tb day of December, A. D. 1924.
