AN ORDINANCE AGCEPTINC TRR DEDICATION OP TRE MEETS
AND AVENUES IN TRR sUBDIVtSI0N i NOWN AS "AMhAPATTAR

SAS, R. B. Woodson and Mattis D. Woodson, his wife, have
filed' with the Director of Public Service, a plat of a proposed
subdivision of that oertain real estate located in the County of
Dade, State of Plorida, more partioular17 described as follows,
to -tit:
A subdivision of the Di of the NW4 of the NW* of the
SE~ of Section 27, Township 53, Range 41,
said subdivision to be known as "Allapattah Highlands", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Servioe has approved said plat
as complying wth all the provisions of tha charter of the Oit' of
Miami and the rulesand regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets
and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of theCity
of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in the
said subdivision, as shown by said plt, be, and the same are here-
by accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED .AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November, A. D. 1924.
