W1MAS, Holleman itanore Company, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the state of Florida, have filed
with the Direoter of public Service a plat cf a proposed subdi-
vision of oertain real estate located in the County of Dade,
State of 5'lcrida, more particularly described as follows, to -
wit:
The N of Nib of NW* and the lira of Itt of N -
and the Nat of Nt* of lait and the Weat3%5 of 21t
of 1 of NIA- of NBC all of Section 27, Town-
ship 53 South, Range 41 Nast, excepting the fol-
lowing described property which is not included
in said plat: Commencing at a point 409.2' east
of the NW corner cf NIA Section 27 for point cf
beginning, thence run south 337.5', thence east
2631 to the mast line cf the NS+ of NW of Nam -
Section 27, thence North along said Seat line
337.51 to the North line cf said Section 27, thence
West along said North line 263' to point of be-
ginning,
said subdivision to be known as "Holleman Manor", and
WHAMS, the Director cf Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations cf the Department of
Public Service, and
WIPIRRAS, the said subdivision plat shows the dedication of
certain streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,

of Mimi.; That the dedication of the streets and avenues in the
said subdivision, ae ehowan by said plat, be, and the same are
hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Maid.
