WHSR2AS, Oars. A. Mead and Florence M. Mead, his wife, and
The Orange State Development Oompany, a corporation organised
and existing under the lave cf the State cf Plorida, have filed
with the Director of Public Service a plat of a proposed subdi-
vision of certain real estate located in the County of Dade,
State of Florida, mare particularly described as follows, to -wit:
The Northwest Quarter (N1 ) of the Southwest
Quarter (St) of the Southeast Quarter (S) cf
Section 15, rownahip 53, Range 41,
said subdivision to be known as "Floral Heights Section 8", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public. Service has approved said
Alit as complying with all the previsions of the charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department cf
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said subdivision plat shows the dedication of
certain streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, TIiNR1 'ORR, BE IT ORDAINis.D by the Commission of the City
cf Miami: That the dedication oZ the streets and avenues in the
said subdivisicn,as shown by said plat, be, and the same are here-
by aooepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, A. D. 1924.
