AS "FLORAL WORTS TORTS SECT/ON A" .
WHIMS, P. G. Stauffer and Lints X. Stauffer, hie wife,
have filed with the Director cf Public Service a plat of a propos-
ed subdivision of certain real estate 'coated in the County of
Dade, State of Plorida, more particularly described ae follows,
to -wit:
The North Half (Ni) of the northeast Quarter (NW
of the Southwest Quarter (S) of the Southeast Quar-
ter () of Section 15, Township 55, Hangs 41,
said subdivision to be known as "Floral /eights - section A", and
WHSBALS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as ocmply ing with all the provisions of the charter of the
Oity of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Publio Service, and
WESR AS, the said subdivision plat shows the dedication of
oertain streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THERWORB, BE IT ORDAIIIED by the Commission 02 the City
of Miami: Mat the dedication of the streets and avenues in the
said subdivision, as shovel by said plat, be, and the same are here-
by accepted and. confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTRD this l8th day of November, A. D. 1924.
