. AS, J. A. Haynsworth, Jr., an unmarried man, has
filed.with the Dirac -tar of Public) Service a plat of a pro-
posed subdivision of that certain property located in the
County of Dade, State cf ?ltrida, more particularly describ-
ed as follows, to -wit:
The north Half (1*) of the Southeast
Quarter (SIt) of the Southeast Quarter
(814) of the Southeast Quarter (Slit)
of Section "Pwent -. WQ (22) , 2ownahip
Piftat-Three (53) South, Range Forty -
One (41) Fast,
said subdivision to be known as "Oce-alla" Heights", and
WHEREAS, the Director cf Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of th e char-
ter of the City cf Miami, and the rules and regulations of
the Department of Public Service; and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication cf certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use cf tjix a public for
proper purposes;
NOW, THERSIORE, BE IT ORDA TIED by the Commies ion of the
City of Miami: That the dedication cf the streets and ave-
nues in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ,ADOPTED this 4th day of Ncv embe r, A. D. 1924.
