WRARAAS, The Silver Bluff RooteeiteG, Inc., a corporation
organized and existing under the laws cf .the State of Florida,
have filed with the Director cf Public Service a plat of a
proposed subdivision of that certain property located in the
(Jaunty of Dade, State of Florida, more particular described
as follows, to -wit:
A re -subdivision of Block 2, and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
5 and 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of
Block 1, of the "Seaver & Haskell Subdivision" in
Southwest Quarter (sw) of Section 3, Township 54
South, Range 41 East, as recorded in Bock 9 of
Plate at page 137, Public Records cf Dade °aunty,
Florida;
said subdivision to be known as "Fairmont Park -Second Addition",
and
WHEREAS, the Director cf Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter cf the
City cf Miami, and the rules and regulations cf the Department
of Public Service; and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedicaticn of certain
streets and avenues tc the perpetual use of the public for pro-
per purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Tl ORDAINED by the Commission c;.' the
City of Mend,: 1 a t the dedication cf the aatraets aril avenues
in 01.114 subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are
hereby, aooepted and ocnftrrced by the City of Mani..
