WINS, George P. Oei1 end nelen Gail, his wife, have
filed with the Director cf Public Service a plat of a pro-
posed subdivision of that certain property located in the
Oc'unty of Lade, State of Florida, more particularly describ-
ed as follows, to -wit:
Part of the West Half (w) of the Southwest Quar-
ter (34) of the northwest Quarter (11*) at the
NorthwestQuarter ( W) of Section twenty-five
(25); a part of the south 337.7 feet of the North
Half (n) of the Northeast Quarter (11 ) of the
northeast Quarter (N ;) and 1 part of the North
Balf (Ni) of the Southeast Quarter (SE) of the
Northeast Quarter of Section twenty-six (26), all
in °fcwnship' 53 South, 'Range 41 Last; and a resub-
d ivision of Lots Ono (1) , L'wc (2) and three (3)
of Block arse (3) "DeLeon Park Subdivision" as
recorded La Book 3 of Plats, at Page 166 Public
Records at Dade Ocunty , P lcr ida ,
said subdivision to be known as "Suwannee Park", and
UMW, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter of the
City of Miami, and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHRBAS, the said plat shows the dedication of oertain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for pro-
per purposes;
NOW, MAR3PORA, Bid IT ORDA IURD by the C cmuni ss ion of the
Oity o2 1iiami: That the dedioa ticn of the streets and avenues
in said subdiv1aicn, as ehcrin by said plat, be, and the save
ere hereby, eooepted and confirmed by the City cf Iiia'ni.
