that certain property located in the County of Dade, State
of Ylorida,.more particularly described as followm, to -wit:
The Forth Halt (Ni) of the Southeast Quar-
ter (Sat) of the Northeast Quarter (Nai)
cf &lotion Ten (10)0 Township Piny -dour
(64) South, Range Porty-one (41) East, wad
Bleak 26 of "Shenandoah", as recorded in •
Book 8 of Plats at page 90, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Merida,
said subdivision to be known as "South Shenandoah", and
WHEREAS, the Director cf Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the char-
ter cf the City of Miami, and the rules and egulations of
the Department of Public Service, and,
WHEREAS, the said plat shove the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedioation cf the streets and even -
woe in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be,and the
same are hereby, accepted and omeirmed by the City of Miami.
PAWED AND ADOPT4D this 28th day of October, A. D. 1924.
