AND PAIN'S Op ORDINANCES IN CON !DICT THEREWITR,
WHEItAS, that portion of Yale Avenue (now designated oh the of-
ficial plat of the City of Miami as Northwest Miami Court) extending
from the south line of Morse Street (now designated on the official
plat of the City of Miami as Northwest 17th Street) to the north line
of Parrott Street (Now designated on the official plat of the City of
Miami as Northwest 16th Street) lying within the corporate limits of
said City of Miami and being bounded on the east by 3lock 31 and on
the west by Block 32, all according to the plat of Waddell's Addition
to the Town of )Miami, recorded in Plat Book 'B, at page 53, of the pu-
blic records of Dade County, Florida, is of no further use or benefit
as a street or highway to the city or to the inhabitants. thereof; and
NHEREAS, the owners of the property abutting upon said Yale Ave-
nue between the boundaries aforesaid have requested the Commission of
the City of Miami to vacate the same as ,a public highway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City of
Miami that:
SECTIOL 1.
The following described portions of highways lying and being with-
in the corporate limits of said city, according to the plat of Waddell's
Addition to the Town of Miami, recorded in elat Book B, at page 53, of
the public records of Dade County. Florida, be, and the same are hereby
vacated, discontinued and abolished:
That portion of Yale Avenue (now deeignated on the official plat
of the city of . iac i as .iorthwest ,iiarni Court) extending from the south
line of Morse Street now designated on the official plat of the City
of Miami as Northwest llth Street) to the north line of * arrott Street
(now designated on the official plat of the City of Miami as Northwest
16th Street), which portion of Yale Street between gorse Street and Par-
rott Street is bounded on the soot by B.co Sl and on the west by isloek
81, all a000rding tO the plat of Waddeli's Addition to the Town Of
Miami, recorded in Flat hook 13, at page SS, of the public records of
Dade County, Florida.
sgoTIoN II.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage
and legal publication thereof.
SECTION III.
All ordir:nces or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
PASSED on first reading by title only this 5th day of august,
A. D. 1924.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on second and final. reading in full this
2nd day of September, A. D. 1924.
